We aim to provide a same day dispatch service for all orders that are received and paid for before 2.30 pm Monday – Friday. Orders received after 2.30 pm will be dispatched the next day.  We also provide a same day dispatch for orders received on Saturday before 10 am. Orders received after that will be shipped on Monday.

All deliveries are send via First Class post.  We do not charge for this cost if orders are placed within the UK.

We can provide guaranteed first class reordered delivery or next day delivery via UPS if you have an urgent job. Please select this option when processing your order if required.


The majority of the items we sell are used items that have been removed from site, or have been in storage and have not been installed.  All items are checked before we ship them to ensure they work.  Some items may have signs of cosmetic wear (as they are not new) but are fully functional.

We provide a honest & fair service, so if you receive something that does not work or that has been damaged in transit then please get in touch.

We will always aim to replace from stock to make sure you have the item to complete a job, but if we do not have the item in stock, we will offer an alternative item or provide a refund.   

Returns Timescale

You must contact us within 7 days to let us know there is an issue and if you are returning an item. We then allow a maximum of 14 days to receive a return, so we can process a refund or exchange.

Returned Working Product Condition

The Item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you. If the item was shipped as new and boxed, then it must be returned in the box and unused. If the item was shipped as used then it must be returned undamaged.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used to purchase the item, e.g. refund back to credit / debit card if used or to Paypal etc.

Return Charges

Although we do not charge to restock an item, customers do have to arrange and pay for an item to be shipped back.


If you have ordered an incorrect item please get in touch ASAP.  If you managed to get in touch before 2pm on the same day you ordered the item, then we will be able to cancel and refund straight away without shipping.  If not please get in touch, so we can either swap over for the correct item or note down that you are shipping back. This will enable us to refund on receipt and inspection.

We are fair,  so please contact us knowing we take care of our clients and will help out as much as possible.
